Commission Scaling was started by an operator with nine years in high-ticket sales, spent setting, closing and running producer teams that booked and held thousands of appointments a month. Across every one of those teams the lesson repeated: the constraint was almost never the number of leads in the system. It was how fast they got worked, whether the appointment held, and whether anyone could say what a closed case actually cost.
So that is what the company sells. Not traffic. Conversations that happen, with the accounting attached.
How we are set up
We are a lead generation and appointment-setting company serving licensed life and IUL producers. Media buying is executed by our media partner rather than an in-house department, which is deliberate: buying life insurance traffic well is a specialist job and we would rather pay someone who does it every day than pretend otherwise. Campaigns for the Base and Standard programs run inside our agency ad account, so our clients do not carry platform risk, account bans, or a payment method exposed to a policy dispute.
What we hold ourselves to
- Exclusivity. A lead goes to one agent.
- Consent. Every contact we generate carries a timestamped, IP-logged express written consent record.
- Cost transparency. You see cost per lead, per booked appointment and per shown appointment. Always.
- An honest no. If your license footprint, capacity or process means this will not work, you hear it on the first call rather than after you have paid for a term.
