1. Program description

Commission Scaling LLC operates a text messaging program for people who have asked to hear from us. If you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up regarding your inquiry, service notifications, and promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology, including AI-assisted conversational messaging.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on a form on this website and submitting it, or by giving express written consent through another channel we operate. The consent box is never pre-checked, and checking it is never required to submit the form or to purchase anything. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The exact language shown to you at the moment you opted in is stored with your record, along with the date, time and IP address of the submission.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and whether you have an appointment scheduled with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Commission Scaling LLC does not charge for the messages themselves. Any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.

5. How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that program. You may also email info@commissionscaling.com to be removed, and to be added to our internal do-not-call list.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.

8. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging platforms, solely to deliver the messages you have requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any and all sharing. 9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you provide.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
