What Commission Scaling does
Lead generation, appointment setting and CRM for licensed life & IUL producers
Lead generation
We build and run paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta, targeting consumers researching life insurance and indexed universal life. Creative, copy, targeting and testing are handled by our media partner inside our agency ad account. Leads are generated exclusively through our own hosted opt-in forms and are never purchased from list vendors or co-registration paths.
Every lead is delivered to a single agent. We do not resell, re-rent or syndicate a lead once it has been delivered.
Appointment setting
On the Standard and Premium programs we work each lead to a booked appointment on your calendar, then run confirmation sequences ahead of the meeting. Appointments that cancel are re-engaged and rebooked where the prospect consents.
CRM and automation
Every client receives access to the Commission Scaling CRM: insurance-specific pipelines, speed-to-lead SMS and email automation, AI-assisted conversational follow-up, nurture and reactivation sequences, appointment confirmation and rescheduling, calendar sync, and reporting on cost per lead, per booked appointment and per shown appointment.
Coaching
Standard clients receive two group coaching calls per week covering lead handling, appointment conversion and sales process. Premium clients receive three weekly calls delivered privately to their own agency team.
Recruiting and placement
Premium clients receive sourcing, screening and placement of licensed producers into their agency, along with build-out of the onboarding and sales process those producers will run. Placement fees apply per agent placed.
